Pastor Dave Carranza believes our mission is not something we define for ourselves, instead our mission is spelled out in God’s Word and we must discover it. Through exploring and meditating on God’s Word we believe our church’s mission is to:
PASSIONATELY WORSHIP GOD
Rom.15:5-6 may the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Eph.3:21 to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through out all generations for ever and ever.
1Pet.2:9 but you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
BOLDLY WIN THE WORLD TO CHRIST
Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Matthew 28:18-20 then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Acts 1:8 but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
John 20:21 again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you”.
